Data privacy compliance

The Personal Data Act (PDA) is applicable to essentially all companies conducting business in Sweden. The PDA is a rather complex legal framework and covers a number of aspects of the business and administrative operations, including customer registers, employee systems, customer service, the web and many marketing activities.

We offer a one-stop shop package with respect to data privacy compliance in order to provide our clients with comfort in respect of compliance in this area. In addition to our substantial general experience, we have specific knowledge of data privacy compliance within the electronic-, IT-, telecom- and insurance industry, respectively.
